Shipping to the US Resumes – Please Read Before Purchasing

We will resume shipping to the United States starting with our pre-order from June 8.

PixLens is custom-made using advanced technologies from Japan and China. Due to recent changes in US customs regulations, new import duties may apply when shipping to the US.

We are currently exploring various production and shipping options to reduce the impact of customs fees. However, for the pre-order period from June 8 to 15, you will be asked to choose one of the following two shipping methods:


EMS (Japan Post)
You may be charged an additional import fee of approximately 55% of the product price (around $55 USD per PixLens) or possibly $100 via the US postal system.
However, some recent EMS shipments have cleared without additional charges, so there is a chance of lower cost. Please choose this option only if you understand the uncertainty and risk.

FedEx
You will definitely be charged import duties of approximately 55% of the product price (around $55 USD per PixLens) plus a small handling fee. While the cost is certain, this is the most reliable way to ensure successful delivery under current US regulations.

Before You Order

・By placing an order, you agree to the above conditions.

・US orders will be prioritized and are expected to ship from Japan in late June to early July.

・If duties go unpaid and the item is returned, we can accept it, but shipping and card fees won't be refunded.

・Even with EMS, please assume that additional duties may apply.

・Please do not cancel orders for personal reasons.

・These conditions are accurate as of June 4 and may change depending on US policies.
