Return Policy
■ Exchange for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will replace defective or damaged items that exhibit critical defects not listed on the product page, provided that all product page notes have been carefully reviewed.
Items used multiple times, items with defects caused by customer negligence, or items damaged due to uses outside their intended purposes will not be eligible for any support or compensation.
For certain products, our shop conducts destruction tests. If intentional damage to the product is detected, or if actions such as threats, harassment, or behavior intended to obstruct business are observed during exchange correspondence, we will take immediate legal action, consult with experts, and consider public disclosure of the facts. In such cases, we reserve the right to reject any return requests.
If there is an issue with the item, please provide detailed information about the defect or damage and contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product. Please allow time for us to process the exchange, as international shipping is involved.
If you receive an incorrect product, include the name of the product you ordered and your order number in your email. Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, shipping costs will be covered by our shop. If any monetary transactions are required, they will be handled through other services such as PayPal.
For damages that occur during transport, the shipping carrier will retrieve the item. Please leave the package in its original condition and promptly contact the shipping carrier.
■ Returns or Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience
- Please review all precautions on the product page before making a purchase. We will replace defective or damaged items only if they have critical flaws not mentioned in the product description.
- We are unable to provide support or compensation for items that have been used multiple times, damaged due to customer negligence, or issues arising from use outside the intended purpose of the product.
- Some of our products undergo destructive testing. If intentional damage to the product is suspected, or if there are behaviors aimed at obstructing business operations, including threats or harassment during exchange-related communications, we will consider involving legal professionals, disclosing the facts, or taking other legal actions without hesitation. The final decision on whether a return will be accepted rests with our shop, and no returns will be processed in cases where illegal conduct is identified.
- If there is an issue with the product, please provide detailed information about the defect or damage and contact us by email within seven days of receiving the item. Due to international shipping, some time may be required, but we will arrange for a replacement item.
- In the case of receiving an incorrect item, please contact us by email within seven days of receiving the product, including the name of the item you ordered and the order number.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the shipping costs will be covered by our shop. If monetary transactions are required between both parties, we will use PayPal.
- For damages incurred during transport, the shipping company will collect the item. Please leave the product in its current condition and contact the shipping company promptly.

This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute related to this agreement, the court with jurisdiction over the location of this shop shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first trial.
