Cancellation policy
As a general rule, cancellations due to customer circumstances are not accepted. Please ensure that your order details are entered correctly and accurately.
If an order is canceled, we will refund the total amount in the original currency at the time of purchase, minus credit card fees, shop handling fees, and other applicable charges.
If the customer fails to receive the package and it is returned to our shop, we will attempt to contact the customer via email or phone. However, if we do not receive a response within one week, the order will be considered canceled. In this case, we will refund the amount after deducting shipping costs, credit card fees, and shop handling fees.
Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reinstated.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that make it difficult for the shop to ship the product after purchase, such as unavoidable issues, we may process a cancellation and provide a refund.
