【Important Notice】
The delivery schedule may vary depending on the specific sales event, but in general, we ask for a shipping period of approximately 1 to 2 months after your order is placed.
Please note that the estimated delivery time mentioned below refers to the number of days from the date we ship the item, not from the date you place your order.
■ Delivery Methods
EMS / FedEx
Our standard shipping method is EMS.
For the United States, Brazil, Europe, and the Middle East, we can only ship via FedEx.
Currently, direct shipping from Japan is difficult or unavailable to certain countries and regions, including but not limited to Russia, Ukraine, Lebanon, Iran, North Korea, South Sudan, micronations, and island nations.
In addition, due to changes in global circumstances or carrier regulations, there may be cases where shipping becomes unavailable even after an order has been placed. This is particularly common in certain parts of Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and South America, where shipping may be delayed or canceled. Unfortunately, these situations are beyond our control.
If shipping becomes impossible, we will cancel your order and issue a refund whenever possible. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.
▽ EMS (Express Mail Service)
EMS is handled by Japan Post and will be handed over to the local postal service in the destination country upon arrival.
Delivery usually takes around 5 days to 2 weeks after shipment, depending on the destination.
▽ FedEx
For the United States, Brazil, Europe, and the Middle East, we can only ship via FedEx.
■ Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are determined based on the destination country.
During checkout, shipping fees will be displayed according to the total weight of the order.
Each shipment incurs shipping fees, so we recommend consolidating your orders into one whenever possible.
■[Important] Customs, Taxes, and Return Policies
The product price and shipping fees do not include taxes or customs duties in your country.
Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees as determined by the laws of the destination country. All such fees and any additional payments incurred after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (recipient).
As our shop cannot manage or predict these charges, we cannot offer support or refunds related to them. Please ensure you handle them appropriately.
If the package is returned due to unpaid customs duties, prolonged absence, or refusal to accept delivery, the return and reshipment shipping fees will be charged. For refunds after return, please contact us within seven days of receiving our notification. Refunds will be processed after deducting all additional shipping fees and charges. PayPal will be used for these transactions.
If we cannot contact you within seven days of the product being returned to our shop, we will consider the order abandoned. In this case, no refund will be issued.
■ Damages During Delivery
We take care to package items to prevent dents or scratches on the outer box during shipment. However, once handed over to the carrier, issues such as transportation accidents or damage due to the carrier's responsibility may occur.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the product's usability.
■ Shipping Notes
- Please provide the shipping address and recipient's name in English.
- Delays may occur due to shipping region, traffic, weather, or social circumstances.
- Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, modify the order, or cancel it.
- If the package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, prolonged absence, or refusal to accept delivery, the return and reshipment fees will be charged.
